Gathering basic information about Marvin Webster’s health condition and symptoms was fairly straightforward. As the case progressed, I became more focused on identifying relevant questions. However, determining which questions would be most effective in obtaining pertinent information was occasionally challenging. Evaluating the iHuman client interview checklist was helpful, as it highlighted any questions I might have missed or areas where additional inquiry into the client’s symptoms was necessary.

What did you find easy or difficult about navigating through the focused health history and focused physical exam sections of the case?

Completing the health history section of the case was relatively easy because the case provided specific questions that guided my focus. However, documenting all of the patient’s responses during the physical assessment was more challenging.
